WHOLE CASHEW KERNELS
WW180
A premium whole-kernel grade characterised by its large kernel size and strong visual presentation. It is suited to applications where larger whole cashews are preferred.
WW210
A large whole-kernel grade offering a strong combination of size and presentation for commercial and retail applications.
WW240
A whole-kernel grade offering a balance between kernel size and commercial value, suitable for a range of food and retail applications.
WW320
A widely used whole-kernel grade that offers a practical balance of size, appearance and versatility for commercial markets.

Understanding the Difference
Cashew kernels are separated into different grades according to characteristics such as their size, form, appearance and condition. For whole-kernel grades such as WW180, WW210, WW240 and WW320, the grading system helps buyers identify the relative size and count of kernels.
Other grades identify the form or processing characteristics of the kernel, such as blanched kernels, scorched kernels and different sizes of kernel pieces. Choosing the right grade depends on the intended application, product presentation and requirements of the market.
